This notice covers personal data collected through the website: information you submit through our forms, and information collected automatically through cookies and analytics. It does not cover personal data processed as part of delivering our products and services to customers, which is governed by [our customer agreements and a separate data processing notice].
3. The personal data we collect
Information you give us.
When you complete a contact or demo request form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, work email address, company, role and any message. Our forms are powered by HubSpot, which processes this data on our behalf.
Information collected automatically.
When you use the website, we and our analytics provider collect technical and usage information, such as device and browser type, an approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you view and how you interact with the site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, subject to your consent where required.
4. How we use your data, and our legal bases
- Responding to your enquiries and demo requests: using your form data, on the basis of steps taken at your request, our legitimate interest in replying, and your consent where applicable.
- Sending marketing communications, only if you opt in: using your contact data, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Measuring and improving the website: using usage data from analytics cookies, on the basis of your consent where required for cookies, and our legitimate interest.
- Security, and preventing misuse: using technical data, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies to operate the website and, with your consent, to measure how it is used. When you first visit, our consent banner, provided by CookieYes, lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choices at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Cookie categories typically include strictly necessary, analytics and marketing.
6. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes usage data, which can include a full or truncated IP address depending on configuration. 7. Who we share data with
We share personal data with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract and only for the purposes above:
- HubSpot, for our CRM and the handling of website form submissions.
- Google, for website analytics.
- CookieYes, for cookie consent management.
- Webflow, Website Host
We do not sell your personal data. We may also disclose personal data where required by law, or to protect our rights.
8. International data transfers
Some of our providers, for example Google and HubSpot, are based in the United States or may process data outside your country. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
9. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry and form data for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship, and for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact, after which we delete or anonymize it, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, financial records linked to a customer relationship). Google Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months, in line with our analytics configuration
10. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, which can include the right to access it, correct it, delete it, port it, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. If you are in the EEA or the UK, these rights arise under the GDPR. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including to know, delete and correct your data and to opt out of sale or sharing; we do not sell personal data. 11. How we protect your data
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the information we hold.
